Cripps Sears is a global executive search company with integrated specialist practice groups in the Energy, Financial, Legal, Construction, Technology, Media & Telecom sectors.

They needed a subtle but global feel to their site, I created this design on behalf of SQN Solutions. I also produced a flash template for the developers to use throughout the site.
